The site www.eurotitrisation.fr (hereafter the “Site”) is published by EuroTitrisation, Société Anonyme RCS 352 458 368 00052, with a capital stock of 714856 euros, whose head office is located at 12 Rue James Watt, 93200 Saint-Denis, France

The Site is for informational purposes only. Its objective is to present the activity of EuroTitrisation.

The Site’s official language is French. It is subject to French law and the jurisdiction of the French courts.

  • The databases developed are the exclusive property of EuroTitrisation;

As such, the user of the Site undertakes in particular – not to reproduce, summarise, modify, alter or redistribute, without the prior authorisation of EuroTitrisation, any article, title, application, software, logo, mark, information, illustration or photography for use other than strictly private, which excludes any reproduction for professional purposes or broadcast in numbers.

5 – Personal data protection policy

Personal data voluntarily communicated via the “Contact” and “Recruitment” areas are processed for the sole purpose of responding to the communication request requested by the Internet user.

These data are kept for 12 months.

With regard to recruitment, and unless otherwise advised by the Internet user, all data and elements transmitted to us will be kept in our database for the aforementioned period of one year in order to inform the Internet user of any opportunities that may be of interest to him. This data will only be stored for recruitment purposes and will only be accessible to those responsible for recruitment.

The controller is the company EuroTitrisation referred to in Article 1, which shall not forward this information to any third party, except upon judicial request.

It also collects a number of standard information in the form of cookies, such as the user’s IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, etc.

Cookies are small electronic files that a website can transfer to a user’s hard drive to identify the user and personalize their use of this website.
