COMPLAINTS HANDLING PROCEDURE

You can send your claims to EuroTitrisation for free:

We will acknowledge receipt of any claim within a maximum of 10 business days following receipt, unless we provide an appropriate response directly prior to this deadline.

In all cases, we will provide an appropriate response within a maximum of two months from receipt of the complaint (except in exceptional circumstances duly justified).

Complaint processing is free. However, you must pay your own costs, in particular postage, telephone and travel costs, as well as consulting fees or third-party fees from which you have requested assistance.
