On December 16th 2022, My Money Bank launched a new STS securitisation transaction of automotive loans and leasings for an amount of € 430 million, through a French FCT « FCT SAPPHIREONE AUTO 2022-1 ».
We are pleased and honoured to have been selected as Management Company of this new public FCT refinancing MMB’s subsidiaries Sorefi and Somafi-Soguafi, with BNP Paribas as Custodian.
The class A notes are rated triple A by Fitch Ratings and Moody’s, and listed on Euronext Paris.
CACIB acted as Arranger of the transaction with the law firm Orrick as Counsel.
