On March 27th 2023, the German subsidiary of RCI Banque launched a new STS securitization transaction of automobile loans for an amount of € 750 million, through a French FCT « Cars Alliance Auto Loans Germany V 2023-1”.
We are pleased and honored to have been selected as Management Company of this new public FCT refinancing RCI Banque.
The class A notes are rated triple A by Moody’s and DBRS, and listed on the Luxembourg Stock exchange.
BNP Paribas and Société Générale acted as co-arrangers of the transaction and the law firm White & Case has been designated as Counsel of the Arrangers.
