We are pleased to announce the launch, on 20 05 2026, of the Luxembourg SPV Cars Alliance SARL, compartment Cars Alliance Auto Leases Germany v2026, STS-labelled, with Eurotitrisation as Cash Manager and Circumference as Security Trustee. It will refinance up to € 1 billion in automobile leasing contracts sold by the German subsidiary of RCI Banque.
